Mom always made time to read to us - even into our teens - some of our favorites were Charles Dickens, James Herriot, and Grace Livingston Hill. My husband and I carry on this tradition. Every night at bedtime, one of us reads to the other. It's our favorite time of the day. It has brought us so much joy that we decided we want to share that joy with the world.
